Well guys, this is my last post of the year! See you in 2010!
I couldn't think of a better way to end 2009's year of amazing design...with Sweden! I found this great home in Stockholm off of the The Local (Sweden's news in English) website. The lifestyle section has some great homes to look at.
Enjoy!!

I thought one last post of a cool home from Apartment Therapy would be nice before we ring in 2010.

I just love exposed brick! Whether it is in the kitchen, living space, or bedroom!
What a neat spice rack!
Cool mid-century modern living area.

This is possibly going to be my last post until around December 28th, but maybe not. I might be able to get in one or two in the midst of the visiting family, drowning in amazing food, and lots of after Christmas sales. =]
I wish you all the brightest and most blessed Christmas! Be safe and be merry!
I now leave you with an all white, Swedish home via Sköna hem - Enjoy!
From my semi-fluent swedish background - I gather the home is made entirely of plaster. Hmmm

I just had to! Sorry if you get tired of hearing about Black Friday sales and such but the title was perfect for this time of year. So yes, you guessed it - the focus will be on black in design. Of course there may be some other accent colors surrounding, but try to look for just black. There may be a black and white theme BUT the black part of the room is the main reason I am posting the photo.
Enjoy & happy Friday!! One week until Christmas!

I have to admit that this chair is a bit scary looking. Reminds me of a spider!

Ahhh red! Red has been one of my favorite colors since I was a little girl. I always had to wear red nail polish on Christmas and now I always wear it on my birthday which is also World AIDS Day.
Enjoy!

We still have ours like this!
This little kitchen reminds me of my Strawberry Shortcake toys!

The famous Arne Jacobsen Swan Chair

And I still love SMEG and hope to have one someday!
And last but not least - the 1960's pod chair.
It looks like it would be so comfy if you were eight years old.

Blue is next in line.
You will see sky blue, robin's egg, teal, seafoam, turquoise, and of course just plain blue.
I just love this bike by, Madsen Cycles - Enjoy!!
Love the green accent in the art over the bed.

A famous Eames mod rocker. I am guaranteed to have one of these in my baby's room some day.
Love the Fatboy beanbag chair.

And to end it with a darker blue room.
