It has already been one week since I had to put my sweet little Saphfire to sleep. My family gave her a wonderful 14 years! I miss her more than any words can say.
Well, believe it or not the show does go on, so here are some nice spaces and things I've liked lately.
I hope you enjoy your weekend!

I had some major css / html issues when giving Spotlight a new look. I had a lot of stuff that needed fixing, so I just put back the original Spotlight code for now. My new program started at school, so I had to halt the new design for now. Booo.
Anyway, Happy Friday! What are you doing this weekend?
The photos of this amazing home belong to Tanja Jänicke, an interior designer from Helsinki, Finland. You know me and my love for Scandinavian everything - and this is the epitome of classic, fresh Scandinavian living. I know I have said this before, but I love the contrast between black and white especially when all the walls are white.
Enjoy!

This is the last day of January? It is 60 degrees in NYC. Winter is half over at this point and there hasn't been more than 2 inches of snow to hit the ground. That makes me incredibly sad.
Okay on to today's feature!
When I saw this loft back a couple of weeks ago - I immediately put it on the list of amazing homes to post. The home is in the Paris suburb of Bagnolet, France. The space is a stunning mix of French country and industrial modern. I love it!

The Tenbosch House in Brussels, Belgium is breathtaking! The bed and breakfast is located in the amazing neighborhood Rue Washington and the rates start at over $300 a night! Worth it? Yes.
All of this beauty has been designed by architect Patrice Lémeret, and interior designers Michel Penneman, and Catharina Eklof - all very unique designers.

Hello all! Happy new week! How was the weekend?
I didn't think I was going to be able to get in a post today, but hey, better late than not at all, right?
So, I am just going to choose Diane Kruger as my fashion spot for today. She is one of my favorite actresses, and my favorite fashion icon. The girl has some of the sweetest fashion sense! She looks good wearing anything.

Cool and casual

and of course I had to post one photo of Diane and Pacey (Joshua Jackson) - they better NEVER ever break up! I love them together.

There is something about the ever-exquisite classic look of the Panton Chair that will always be a perfect piece of furniture to add to your home, whether it is mostly modern or more traditional - and you want to add a blitz of modern to make your home uniquely designed.
I finally got my first Eames Eiffel chairs a couple months ago, but I am still on the hunt for a great natural looking wood table to seat them at. One day, I would love to have some Panton chairs at a different table in the house (assuming I have enough space) - I would probably have a smaller table with maybe just two Panton chairs.

Oh helloooo!
I know I have been MIA for quite some time. Things have been ultra busy, and it is so hard to keep up. I am very sorry! I like coming over here to make posts for you guys, but things have been ultra busy and it's been hard to keep up!
So, I hope you will enjoy this post of fashion Monday today!

I don't know why I love guys sweaters so much! I have bought a multitude of them over the years from Abercrombie, Banana Republic, H&M, Marc Jacobs, and Gap. And they always seem to be a style similar to this one.
I used to have a pastel peach skirt like this that I wore in high school for three years! I love it. I wore different skull tights that seemed awesome at the time.
Check out the shoes on this older, stylish man!! How cool!
The Marc Jacobs dress that I wanted back in Spring 2011, and still want NOW!
Polka Dots! Cute as heck! Love the shoes. Very different!
